Somerville Turnkey Solutions was founded by Frank and Juanita Somerville after years of working in and around the Indianapolis property management and renovation industry. They saw firsthand how difficult it was for property owners and managers to coordinate multiple vendors, manage timelines, and maintain consistent quality across renovation and turnover projects.
The answer was simple: one dependable team that could handle the full scope of work — from trash-outs and deep cleaning to painting, flooring, bathroom renovations, and final punch-list repairs — under one roof, with one point of contact.
