The People Behind the Work
MEET THE
TEAM.
Family-owned and Indianapolis-rooted. Every project is personal to us.
Who We Are
BUILT ON FAMILY. DRIVEN BY CRAFT.
Somerville Turnkey Solutions was founded by Juanita and Frank Somerville with a simple belief: property owners deserve a renovation partner they can actually trust. What started as a two-person operation has grown into a full crew of skilled tradespeople — all united by the same standard of quality and accountability.
We're Indianapolis through and through. We know these neighborhoods, these properties, and what it takes to get a unit rent-ready fast without cutting corners. Every person on our team is vetted, trained, and held to the Somerville standard.
